We had a fairly extensive paver repair of our front courtyard. Our pavers were severely sunken due to 2 floods & heavy rains over the last 23 years and an inadequate gutter system which we had redone last year. KCV Construction did an amazing & meticulous job with this project!!! They also were able to bury our downspout and direct it out to our yard as a part of the project. The crew were very hardworking & extremely courteous! They were able to stick to their timeline even through significant rain on the first day without compromising workmanship. We highly recommend KCV Construction, they had a fair price quote, they were able to start our project relatively quickly and complete on time! Our courtyard looks fantastic!!! We also asked KCV Construction to give us a quote on another project. Don't hesitate to call KCV Construction for a quote on your outdoor project!!! Tammy K.

We are extremely pleased with our stamped concrete patio project here in Johnson Creek, WI and we would 100% recommend KCV Construction!! From scope to design to execution, KCV was extremely helpful and professional. At the initial consultation, I outlined what we were looking for in terms of budget and general design and Kris was able to scope the project within budget and provide design suggestions that closely aligned with my vision. Throughout the process, KCV was very responsive and courteous in all communications. When it came time to execute Kris and his team were extremely professional. It made me feel good that Kris was there throughout the project actively working to ensure that every detail was executed to design. The team always left the property in good shape, worked hard and efficiently and were approachable and helpful with answering any questions I had. I've attached a couple of before photos, the design photo of what KCV proposed and then 4 photos of the finished product. We were looking for added patio space that looked attractive and intentionally designed that would decrease maintenance and increase usability and capacity and that's exactly what we got. During that initial visit, I talked with Kris about several other construction projects that I'm eager to get done around the property. After our experience with this initial project, we will for sure be going back to KCV for phase 2.

KCV and his team built an addition onto my shop this spring and it turned out amazing! The concrete looks perfect and the carpentry is top tier. He even let us stamp the dogs paw prints before the concrete dried. Such nice people!

Had him come out and pour some sidewalks for me, I wanted it to be stamped and colored. He was very transparent throughout the entire project and I can say that if anyone is looking for some concrete work to be done around your house I highly recommend him. Pricing was very fair.

My wife and I hired KCV Construction to grade our backyard and install rock ground cover to improve stormwater drainage. Kris and his team provided great professional service. His tracked, mini-skid steer machine left barely a mark on the rest of the lawn and was the perfect equipment for reshaping the hill and bringing in stone. We also had him pour a new concrete sidewalk, which turned out wonderfully. He came to us highly recommended by our HVAC contractor.
